Welcome

Well done for taking the brave and vulnerable step to serve your mental health and wellbeing.

Hello, I'm Dr. Madeleine Paige.

I help people struggling with depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions by providing a non-judgemental, compassionate space to work through difficulties together, build insight and learn practical skills to better manage challenges in your life. I can help you with:

  • Anxiety, Panic & Stress: General and/or social anxiety, agoraphobia, specific phobias, panic, and persistent feelings of stress.

  • Trauma & Grief: Trauma and difficult life experiences and/or relationships, and persistent grief.

  • Depression & Mood Concerns: Persistent low mood, feeling flat or empty, difficulty accessing joy and/or persistent irritability.

  • Difficulty Managing Emotions: Challenges with identifying, safely experiencing and regulating intense emotional states (e.g. anger).

  • Adjustment: Difficulties adjusting to a major life transition (e.g. parenthood, medical diagnoses, loss, etc.)

  • Identity, Self-Esteem & Growth: Inner critic, low self-worth, and identity or developmental changes.

  • Perinatal Mental Health: Perinatal anxiety and depression, and/or difficulties with parent-infant attachment.

  • Substance Use & Addictions: Issues with substance use, misuse and addiction.

  • Health & Medical Concerns: Managing health-related distress, medical adjustment, chronic illness support & pain management.

  • Career, Academic & Life Transitions: Navigating work-related stress, burnout, career pivots, or workplace culture challenges.

  • Neurodivergence & ADHD: Understanding and managing your neurodivergent brain and developing helpful strategies.

I have additional experience working with young adults, women and creative professionals. I am also a member of the LGBTQI+ population. If you are part of any of these communities, I welcome you to my practice wholeheartedly (though if you are not, you too are welcome, of course).

I have current availability for telehealth sessions on Thursdays. To book a session, submit the form here and I’ll be in touch. You can also find out more information on fees, referrals and what to expect in therapy.

I do not provide crisis support. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or crisis, please call 000.
