I’m glad you’re here.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, so if you are feeling a bit apprehensive, that is completely normal.

I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, respected and supported. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life transitions, I will put you and your goals at the centre of our work and support you toward outcomes that genuinely matter to you.

About me: I hold a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from Monash University. Beyond private practice, my clinical path has spanned specialized trauma services, perinatal mental health, youth work, and health psychology, alongside years spent as a researcher at Google and YouTube putting the human experience at the centre of technology. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, equity, empathy, and genuine human connection sit at the heart of everything I do.

I would be honored to support you on your journey.
